RETURNS WITHIN THE E.U.

We hope your purchased products meet your expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons. Please note that we can only accept the return of products in their original condition, without any damages or traces of usage. The return shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer. For returns with delivery costs unpaid, the collected transport fare will be deducted from the credit note.

Please return the online purchased goods within 14 days to one of our Ludwig Reiter stores or exchange them within four weeks against other products. Any warranty claims, whenever they arise, may as well be presented in one of our Ludwig Reiter stores.
