how did the collaboration come about
“The collaboration was born at 'Bergauf mit Cultour' at Sacher Seefeld, where the question arose as to why the two family businesses, with so many things in common, don't create something together. After boot-shaped Sacher cakes were rejected, Elisabeth Gürtler had the idea of designing the classic Maronibrater in the style of the house. Just as she combines modern international flair with traditional, family charm in her Alpine Resort Sacher, here too she has succeeded in giving the traditional mountain farmer's boots Alpine chic.”
